Greg Calaman

Managing Principal

Transformative Ventures - Visionary Strategy - Operations Construction

Greg has two decades of company-building experience creating value in lifesciences and technology. Before founding Wavelength, Greg was VP & GM for lifesciences software company Definiens AG where he built the North American operation. At Pfizer, he reported to the CTO, and led strategic re-engineering programs.

Earlier, Greg founded iArmor, a health-tech venture to improve the lives of at-risk populations of outpatients with cardiovascular disease while establishing a new platform for therapeutic compliance and clinical trial support. Greg also built a services business at BEA Systems, consulted at CSC, and served in technology at DLJ.

Greg holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the US Naval Academy and some Wharton Executive Education. He serves on the Advisory Council to Executive Education at Drexel University.

Duncan Steels

Duncan’s 20-year business career has focused on the definition and delivery of businesses, transformations, programs, and projects. His results-focused leadership has delivered substantial top and bottom line results for a broad size range of businesses in the technology, healthcare, and financial services industries.

Consulting directly to a Global CIO, Duncan ran the transformation of a $1.5B technology group producing substantial savings and performance improvements. At Pfizer, Duncan led business and technology programs including governance and agile capability development in support of field force realignments, and new sales & marketing platform implementations.

In addition to his client work, Duncan also co-founded a trust company and consulted at PA Consulting. Duncan holds a BEng (Hons) in Engineering from Leeds University in the UK.
